- From 6am – Safety Briefing and first wave start from the Start Line (Liberty Oil, Kingaroy)
- 12:30pm (approx.) – BBQ Lunch at O’Neill Square (approx. 300m from Liberty Oil)
- 1:30pm (approx.) – Presentations
